Within some organizations the management of interpersonal relationships has become an essential necessity. Only good awareness of your own communicative method allows you to communicate effectively achieving superior results in the transmission and especially in the retention of the message. 
 
These same elements also come into play in external business communication and are concretized in a large part in sales/commercial communication. Communication for  business is an imperative! 
 
The course is structured in two parts, the first being the methodological and theoretical organization, the other more focused on effective communication in business relationships and the commercial circle.
 
In both parts there will be practical examples and audience participation with the purpose of cementing the concepts introduced.

- “Qualitative” elements
 Commercial interaction
 Simplification of Client types into 4 categories. 
 Interactive exercise around  the 4 types.
