I undertake directional consultancy for companies in various sectors, but principally in the house-building, real estate intermediation and Franchising sectors, with skills in the managerial and technical areas. I concentrate in particular on company projects which require organization and/or internal reorganization, implementation projects, business development and control, particularly those in the Franchising area.

I am an Architect for interiors and building planning, work and site maintenance, analysis and feasibility plans, jurisdictions, extra-jurisdictions and arbitrations.

I collaborate with PD For Consulenza Direzionale which is involved in business projects and development in the Management field.

My research interests concern efficiency and energy saving, bio-architecture, radioestesia, feng-shui and project management.

From 1973 to 1979 I directed the branch of a building and services company within Fiat.

From 1980 to 2009 I was a freelance architect and D.L planner responsible for technical and managerial consultation to small/medium-sized building companies, for the management of important building site projects in Italy and Germany (Frankfurt and Munich).

From 1977 to 2009 I also undertook various collaborations and consultancy both technical and management, of formation and development in the Franchising sector, particularly for brand services, food, fashion accessories and  interior decorating.
