NOTE: This book is currently only available in Italian.
The competitive scenery in which companies operate calls for the development of effective and innovative business strategies strongly directed towards their objectives and clear in their quantitative component presuppositions.
The preparation of a business plan represents an unrepeatable opportunity to carefully analyze different aspects of the business both in the start-up phase or in the development of already existing activity: it does, in fact, allow the advance appraisal of possible effects of the alternatives, as well as to quantify the necessary human, financial and technological resources required for the implementation of the initiative.
The principal objective of a business plan is to convince those people who read it that the proposed entrepreneurial activity is realizable and that it can produce enough income to remunerate the investment of the shareholders and external financiers.
