I perform management consultancy for different sector companies and for Public Administration (Poste Italiane, Inail, CCIAA, Local Public offices). Expert in marketing and sales activity planning, I deliver formation courses at Profingest Management School in Bologna, in the area of Marketing and Sales. I am responsible for the on-line Executive Strategic and Operation Marketing and Sales Management degree courses.

I am a contracted university professor for the Marketing class in the Tourism Economics course at Bologna University (Rimini).

I am a founding partner of PD For Consulenza Direzionale which is involved in business projects and development in the Management field.

My research interests concern Customer Loyalty and the impact of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) on business organization structure.
