To read and understand the market correctly is at the base of any business and consequential commercial strategy.  Knowledge and planning are the two key words for the management of an ever more complex and multi-form market.
 

Objectives:
The session is proposed to furnish a marketing planning methodology that enables the construction of the plan, equipping the participants with a series of tools useful for the constant verification of the cost-benefit relationship of the initiatives that they wish to undertake. 
 
The themes covered during the session make reference to those market situations in which the clients are organizations which purchase products and services to develop activities related to their business. In the Business to Business market the marketing plan covers an ever more fundamental role, in as much as it represents the critical link between the market and the sales network.   An effective marketing plan, other than assuring the competitive advantage linked to time to market, provides the necessary information and support necessary to safely and effectively manage client relationships.
