Introduction
The business organization is the negotiation context within which systems of objectives are compared. These, if managed well, can better place the organization to operate in increasingly competitive environments. Team work has become necessary for the organization that wants to grow and develop, creating a solid base for a competitive advantage. Selection, integration, motivation, delegation and evaluation are the principal phases of the people management process. To know how to manage people, the "sap" vital for the attainment of objectives, means being able to operate well, equipping one with suitable management tools and acquiring a greater sensibility for their best use. Objectives The aims of this course are: to develop the necessary skills for effective management of personnel and to provide tools and methodologies to support management processes, motivation and efficient use of personnel, also to introduce management tools to improve the style of direction.
