I perform management consultancy for different sector companies and for Public Administration (Poste Italiane, Inail, CCIAA, Local Public offices). Expert in Project Management and Business Plan implementation, I deliver formation courses at Alma Graduate School Faculty in Bologna, in Accounting and Business Strategy. I am Responsible for the didactic materials and strategy tools for the Executive on line courses. I am also part of the Luiss Guido Carli Business School Faculty in Rome, in charge of the didactic direction of the Entrepreneurship course.

I am a contracted university professor for the Business Strategy and Economics and Business Management classes of the Economics and Business Management degree course and for the International Marketing class of the Management master degree course at Bologna University.

I am a founding partner of PD For Consulenza Direzionale which is involved in business projects and development in the Management field. I have extensive experience in R&D and Product Management.  I gained an MBA diploma, accredited by Asfor, in 1997.

My research interests concern company-organization relationships (Project Management Area) and economic-financial performance strategic development (Balanced Scorecard) orientated to value creation.
