In particular, with Confindustria Emilia Romagna, pd for has managed the project “Accompaniment of the development of competences of the key figures in the company” articulated by the following activities: 
- evaluation of network potential and individualization of key figures within the company (commercial director, innovation director, and/or research and development, production director, purchasing manager) 
- personalized coaching, carried out singly with the entrepreneur and with each key figure in the business, aimed at skills growth on the theme of business aggregation according to the different areas (commercial, production, organization, etc.)

- accompaniment of the business work team for the development of a company business model redefinition project

 

With Confindustria Reggio Emilia, pd for manages the “Business Networks” counter, aimed at the disbursement of consulting service to already existing networks or to those that are under creation in order to improve their performance.

 

For the Industriali Reggio Emilia, pd for was present at the seminar held on March 21 entitled “Creating business networks – aggregation in order to improve innovation and competition.”

 
pd for is also currently busy with the editing of a text on the theme of Business Network development, with a preface by Dr. Enzo Bartoli - Vice president of SME and production companies of Industriali Reggio Emilia", that will be presented at the Conference on May 19 2011.
