For the past 7 years I have carried out Management Consultancy for companies in various sectors specifically in the area "Management Control".  In particular I am involved in projects for companies which need planning and support in their economic-financial activities and in the planning of information systems.

I collaborate with pd for Consulenza Direzionale which is involved in business projects and development in the Management field.

I am also involved with formation activities in companies and schools which carry out training and education in the area of local development (local action plans, development plans and territorial projects).

My current research interests concern Strategic Planning and Business Networks together with other forms of aggregation and partnership between businesses.
