I undertake management consultancy activities for companies in various sectors in the areas of Sales and Marketing.
I collaborate with pd for Consulenza Direzionale which is involved in projects and development for client companies in the area of Business Management.
My current research interests are in the areas of Customer Loyalty and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) seen as a lever for the creation of competitive advantage.
Professional Experience
From 1994 to 2006 I worked for a company in the food sector for whom I undertook many roles both operational and project, during which time I developed my leadership and cross-functional relationship capacities, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, problem solving abilities, together with the capacity for planning and realization of projects aimed at the increase in business and shareholder dividends.
From 2002 to 2003 I undertook consultancy activities on behalf of a company specializing in consultancy within the food & beverage sector, and for public and private consortia where I increased my versatility and cross-discipline experience integrating organizational (information flow and process re-engineering) economical and legislative skills.
Since 2003 I have specialized in Marketing B2B and B2C, Trade Marketing and Sales governance in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) market where innovation, integration of the value chain between producers and consumers, (purchase needs and dynamics), represent the principal success drivers. Within this context I have developed business intelligence tools and re-engineered processes such as time-to-market and governance of marketing mix levers.  I have implemented strategies and actions for the harmonization of brand portfolios and effected business plans for the opening of new business opportunities.
