On 15 June the Project Management course involving the principal figures of the Trevi Italy organization was concluded. For 3 ½ days technical and operational managers participated in the lessons conducted by Paolo Di Marco on managerial improvement and building site management.

The didactic content was enriched by various case studies which were the subject of group work and upon which the participants were able to develop and share useful daily operational experiences.

In many contexts businesses are imposing more and more a logic of project based management independent of the sector or of the core products/services of the business.

A methodology which, if suitably strengthened, is able to produce benefits in qualitative and efficiency terms with evident advantages on cost control and on the ability of some companies to compete in the marketplace.
