I perform management consultancy for companies in various sectors with specific skills in “Organization”, and “Human Resources Management”.
I collaborate with PD For Consulenza Direzionale which is involved in business projects and development in the Management field.
My research interests concern Human resources valorization by means of personnel evaluation, management of groups and motivation tools.  
I also perform training activities in the above mentioned areas related to Project Management.

Professional experience

I performed training activities on Project Management in the socio- sanitary and welfare field. I also worked on specific projects for PA oriented to organizational logics and skill evaluation systems.  

Studies and qualifications

Degree in Formation Science with extra-school specialization at Padova University.
